Welcome to NAPA London!
As the parent of a child with cerebral palsy accessing care at NAPA since 2018, I know first-hand the problems faced by families seeking the best support for their children. When I first travelled to NAPA friends asked why I was taking my son Angus there. I thought hard before I answered. "The therapy is amazing," I said, "but it's so much more than that. It's the ambition, the drive, the determination to absolutely be the very best we could be."
Like many families we had been told to limit our expectations and to not strive for greater results. At NAPA we found the complete opposite. At NAPA we are never unrealistic, but neither are we for a moment negative. We focus on what can be done, we set unashamedly ambitious targets and we cheerfully and joyously challenge children to achieve the very best that they can. In each NAPA location our positivity builds a community that brings together families to support one another through the tough times and to celebrate the achievements. It is this combination of hard work, ambitious goals, positivity and community that makes NAPA the best place in the world.

Directions
NAPA UK is located just outside the M25 London orbital motorway in Harlow, with excellent road, rail and air connections.
Most of our families arrive by car and to accommodate them we have a large, free, car park. We are a few minutes from the M11 motorway with onward links into London and, via the M25 to the rest of the UK's road network.
As an alternative we have excellent rail connections: our building is immediately adjacent to Harlow's railway station and 30 minutes from London Liverpool Street Station. The underground network is 15 minutes away via Tottenham Hale train station. Stansted express trains pass through Harlow every ten minutes.
Those coming from further afield may utilise Stansted airport - the UK's main European hub airport - a twenty minute train or car journey away to the north or Gatwick or Heathrow airports which can be reached within an hour via the M25 motorway.

How do I book an intensive session?
All of our 2023 intensive sessions are booked, however, the first step to getting added to our London wait list is to fill out
Intake Paperwork.
Once submitted, please give our team 15 business days to determine an individualized programme. Our therapists will confirm that your child is a candidate and recommend which of our therapies are best suited for their needs. We will then be able to add you to the wait list for the 2023 or 2024 session of your choice.
Registration for intensive sessions between April and December 2024 will take place between October 5th and October 8th 2023.

NAPA UK is located next to the mainline train station on the edge of Harlow. There are numerous accommodation options in the town while the neighbouring market towns of Ware, Bishop’s Stortford and Sawbridgeworth offer picturesque alternatives.
Villages such as Hatfield Broad Oak and Much Hadham offer country rental opportunities or for those wanting a more urban experience we are 30 minutes by rail from the heart of London.

Do we need a car?
Although NAPA UK is extremely close to the UK public transport network (Harlow town train station is literally 100 metres from our front door) we do recommend having a car for your stay. Not only do we have a large car park, but a vehicle can be a practical assistance and can take you to destinations across southern England for family away days when you are not in the clinic. If you need to hire a car there are many rental options, including accessible vans. Check out hire options from

When can I register for intensives in the new London clinic?
London registration for the remaining 2024 sessions will open on October 5, 2023, 3:00pm BST and close on October 8, 2023 at 11:59pm BST.

What will the team look like at NAPA London?
We will open the London clinic with an incredible team of existing NAPA therapists and will be routinely building onto our team over the coming years. We anticipate having a mix of experienced UK local therapists and some familiar faces from other NAPA clinics.
What will the hours of operations of the clinic be?
The clinic will be open Monday-Friday, between 8:00-4:30pm.
What services are offered at NAPA London?

What will the price for services be at NAPA London?
The cost for both weekly and intensive therapy sessions is £115/session. Each session is 50 minutes, allowing 10 minutes for notes, session preparation, and time for cleaning.
The cost for an evaluation is £230, including time for the initial appointment and the time to complete the written report. Additional report requests are billed at a rate of £55/30-minutes.
The full cost of an intensive can be calculated by taking our single session rate of £115 multiplied by the total sessions of your three-week intensive. If you will be participating in three therapy sessions per day, 45 total therapy session over three weeks will cost £5,175.
The fees above are current for NAPA London as of March 1st, 2023, and are subject to change. There is no VAT applicable for our services unless otherwise stated. All prices listed are in GBP.
