Jess has come full circle since first landing at NAPA as a PT student out of California State University, Northridge. Her first trip to NAPA was a visit with her nephew, Isaac, who later enrolled and completed the 3-week intensive therapy program as a patient in 2007. She often says her road to NAPA was “written in the stars” and has since dedicated her time at NAPA to developing the Intensive Training Program and continuing to grow NAPA’s therapy teams. Her proudest professional achievement has been to collaborate with a diverse, dedicated team of therapists who inspire her to learn more, to teach with heart and to lead with optimism. Some of Jess’ non-work passions include watching every episode of Forensic Files known to man, obsessing over everything in Home Goods and defending her self-proclaimed title of “World’s Best Aunt.”
