Lee’s first experience of NAPA was on a six-week university placement which she absolutely loved, so much so, that she decided to join the NAPA team! Lee is at the tail-end of her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy studies at Western Sydney University – a rewarding career change after 15+ years working in busy law firms across Australia, US, and UK. Lee’s extensive placements and volunteer work in Occupational Therapy (from palliative care to paediatric OT practices) has cemented her passion for working with children. Lee is a big advocate for the best support and care for children and their families, and loves seeing a child’s face light up when they achieve their goals.

When Lee isn’t working at NAPA, you can find Lee spending time with her 3 kids, going to the gym, cake decorating, or relaxing by the pool.
