Bachelor of Speech Pathology from Australian Catholic University, Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies from Griffith University.

Tabitha has had a passion for working with physical and developmental disabilities since becoming a swim teacher specialising in additional needs during high school. Since becoming a Speech Pathologist, she has always worked with children and feels so lucky to be part of a child’s journeys as they develop their ability to communicate in their own way. She has worked in private practice, non-for-profit sector and specialist schools in both Melbourne and London. Gaining experience in a broad range of clinical areas especially with AAC, alternative access, neuro-affirming therapy approaches and regulation. She feels that the key to successful therapy and progress is a strong, understanding, and open relationship with caregivers. Tabitha strives to put her client’s needs first and ensures all of her sessions are fun, child-led and meet their individual differences. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her friends and family by the beach or inside of Melbourne’s yummy restaurants. Otherwise, you’ll find her travelling and exploring new places, going to music gigs or tucked up on the couch with a good reality TV series.
